Compare slightly earlier liposuction n.] Liposuction, sometimes combined with the transfer of fat tissue from one area of the body to another. Although liposculpture and liposuction are frequently synonymous, the former term is used to convey the impression that body features will be sharpened or accentuated as a result of the procedure.
