1. A Chinese unit of currency introduced in 1914, equal to 10 jiao; a coin of this value.

2. Chinese Archæol. A flat ring or perforated disc made of jade, widely circulated from the Shang period to the Hang dynasty.

The former is a disk with a round perforation in the centre, the two latter are rings. 1958W.
