‖ loutrophoros Class. Antiq.|luːtrəʊˈfɔərɒs| [Gr. λουτρο-ϕόρος, f. λουτρόν water for a bath + -ϕορός bearing.] A tall two-handled vessel used for carrying water to the nuptial bath.
