anorthic, a. Cryst.|æˈnɔːθɪk| [mod. f. Gr. ἀν priv. + ὀρθ-ός straight, right + -ic.] Irregular in crystallization; applied to all crystals which do not fall under one of the more regular systems; called also doubly oblique, triclinic, tetartoprismatic.
