Marmaric, a.|mɑːˈmærɪk| Also 5 -merike, -morike, 7 -maricke. [ad. L. Marmaric-us, adj. of Marmarica (see below).] Of or belonging to the ancient Marmarica (now Benghazi) on the north coast of Africa. So Marˈmarican a., in the same sense; n., an inhabitant of Marmarica.
