Pedro Ximenez, n.|ˈpɛdrəʊ hɪˈmeɪnɛθ| Also Ximenes. [The name of its Spanish originator: see Peter-see-me n.] A large sweet white Andalusian grape esp. from the Jerez region, used in making sherry or an extremely sweet, raisin-flavoured wine; the wine itself.
