perveance Electronics.|ˈpɜːvɪəns| [Perh. f. the sound of pervious a. + -ance (after resistance, conductance, permittance, etc.).] A valve parameter which in the case of a diode is equal to the anode current divided by the three-halves power of the anode voltage.
