pinc-pinc|ˈpɪŋkpɪŋk| [Echoic, from the bird's note.] A name given to a South-African warbler (Drymœca or Cisticola textrix), to which has been erroneously attributed the building of the remarkable double nest of the Cotton-bird (ægithalus capensis).
