pinledge Dentistry.|ˈpɪnlɛdʒ| [f. pin n.1 + ledge n.; cf. prec.] A pinlay, esp. one covering the lingual surface of a tooth and dependent on pins inserted in ledges cut in the tooth for retention and stability.
