‖ pollinium Bot.|pəˈlɪnɪəm| Pl. -ia. [mod.L., f. pollen, pollin-, pollen 2 + -ium as in antheridium, archegonium, etc.] A coherent mass of pollen-grains in each cavity of the anther, characteristic of the Orchidaceæ and Asclepiadaceæ.
