1. A ridge of land lying among others held by joint tenure. rare.
1437in Reg. Dunfermline (Bann. Cl.) 285 Ten fute of þe rynryg of þe Abbot..& tuenti fute of þe rynrig of þe said Dauid. 1585in Liber Eccl. Scone (Bann.
