beudantite Min.|ˈbjuːdəntaɪt| [f. Beudant, name of a French mineralogist, + -ite.] A mineral occurring in modified acute rhombohedrons, containing sesquioxide of iron and oxide of lead, with phosphoric or arsenic acid, or both. (Dana.)
