A diagram showing the numerical values assigned to responses and persons in an attitude test, designed esp. to analyse whether the questions relate to the same factor and the results are scalable. Also attrib. and Comb.: scalogram analysis, the analysis of results revealed by a scalogram; scalogram board, a board with movable slats on which the results are recorded.
