bromellite Min.|ˈbrɒməlaɪt| [ad. G. bromellit (G. Aminoff 1925, in Zeitschr. f. Krystallogr. LXII. 122), f. the name of Magnus von Bromell (1679–1731), Swedish physician and mineralogist + -ite1.] A mineral of the zincite group, consisting of beryllium oxide and occurring in white hexagonal prisms.
