▪ I. ˈcameral, a. [a. Ger. kameral, ad. med.L. camerāl-is, f. camera in its late sense of ‘chamber, bureau’.] Of or pertaining to the camera or ‘chamber’; relating to the management of the state property (in Germany). Hence ˌcameraˈlistic a., ˌcameraˈlistics n. pl. (in Latin form cameralia).
