‖ soojee|ˈsuːdʒiː| Also sooji, soojy, -ie, s(o)ujee. [Hindī sūjī.] A flour obtained by grinding Indian wheat; a nutritious food prepared from this. sooji halwa [halwa], a kind of dessert made with soojee.
