cueing, vbl. n.|ˈkjuːɪŋ| [f. cue v.2 + -ing1.] The action of positioning the pick-up arm of a record-player: see sense c of the vb.; also, a device or facility for doing this. Chiefly attrib., as cueing device, cueing system, etc.
