A rare, sulphur-rich variety of sodalite that exhibits tenebrescence, typically changing from pink or violet to a greyish or creamy white when exposed to sunlight.Hackmanite from Burma (Myanmar) and Afghanistan darkens in colour, turning pink or violet, when exposed to sunlight.
