Etymology: < classical Latin ablocāt-, past participial stem (see -ate suffix3) of ablocāre to place a contract for (work), to let (a house) < ab- ab- prefix + locāre locate v.
Obsolete. rare. Apparently only attested in dictionaries or glossaries.
