a river in Tiumen’ Oblast, RSFSR, a left tributary of the Dem’ianka River (part of the Irtysh River basin). Length, 304 km; basin area, 5,980 sq km. It flows for most of its course across the Vasiugan’e Plain and is fed chiefly by melting snow and rain. The water level is at flood stage from May to July, with the maximum in June.
