Hulutao

a city in Northeast China, in Liaoning Province, a port on the Liaotung Wan and a center of the shipbuilding industry. Hulutao has a nonferrous metallurgical plant that produces zinc. The city also has enterprises of the chemical, metalworking, food-processing, and textile industries.
