Location:In eastern Allegany County, 22 miles east of Cumberland, exit 64 off I-68.
Facilities:100 primitive campsites, 7 group camping sites, adirondack shelters,horse areas, picnic facilities, extensive trails, stocked fishing area,boat launches, shooting range (é), visitor center (é), scenic overlooks.

Special Features:Forest is located in the Ridge and Valley Province of the Allegheny Mountain chain and includes Town Hill, Green Ridge, and Polish Mountains. Several overlooks offer magnificent views. Theforest features a challenging single-track 11.6-mile bike loop,suitable for intermediate to advanced riders. It winds up and down theridges and valleys of the forest and includes technical obstacles suchas stream crossings, fallen trees, steep turns, and sustained climbs.Four "easy-out" routes are incorporated into the trail, allowing ridersto shorten their ride and return to the start/finish point.
