Location:Northeastern portion of the state, a few miles southwest of Texarkana.
Facilities:Campsites with full hookups, campsites with water and electricity hookups, showers, restrooms, day-use group facility, picnic areas, hiking trails (3.8 miles), nature trail (1.2 miles), boat ramps, boat rentals, fish-cleaning shelter, amphitheater, game courts, playground.
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, hiking, bicycling.
Special Features:Caddo Indians, the most culturally advanced tribe in Texas, once made this area their home, and archeological excavations have uncovered many graves and artifacts here.
