Khadzhibeiskii Kurort

a balneological-pelotherapeutic and climatic health resort in the Ukrainian SSR, on the shore of Khadzhibei Liman, 15 km from Odessa. Therapeutic agents are the silt and sodium- and manganese-chloride brine of the liman. There are sanatoriums for children recovering from poliomyelitis and a facility for balneotherapy and pelotherapy. The liman is suitable for bathing, and there is a broad fine-sanded beach.
