A mega code is designed to test what students have learned during a training session and ascertain that they are competent in performing the hands-on skills they’ve learned, and they can lead a code. Mega codes evaluate cognitive, psychomotor and behavioural skills to assess the student’s ability to handle themselves in a simulated code situation. |
