Marrow Miner Marrow Miner A proprietary powered device used to harvest stem cells from the bone marrow. In contrast to the primitive but still-standard method of multiple single passes of a bone marrow trephine, which leaves the patient’s iliac crest decimated, the Marrow Miner needs only a single point of entry into the bone, harvests more marrow more quickly with less pain, provides 2–6-fold greater number of stem cells and a 10-fold greater level of stem cell activity. |
