metoidioplasty

A surgical procedure, generally performed after a period of testosterone therapy, which enlarges the clitoris and its extended erectile tissue—the so-called clitoral legs; the clitoris is then freed from its normal position and moved forward to approximate the location of a penis, and the urethra is extended. It is an alternative to phalloplasty for trans-gender men.
