Temporary Work Quota

a quota established for the period when a new product is being manufactured, new technological processes are being learned, or new equipment is coming into use. A temporary work quota can be instituted by the administration of an enterprise for a period of up to three months; in individual cases, the period of a temporary work quota can be extended by the administration with the agreement of the factory or plant committee of the trade union. The temporary work quota is usually based on statistically processed experimental data.
