Tetri-Tskaro

 

a city (until 1966, a settlement) and administrative center of Tetri-Tskaro Raion, Georgian SSR. Situated on the southern slopes of the Trialeti Range, 33 km west of the Marneuli railroad station on the Tbilisi-Leninakan line and 59 km southwest of Tbilisi. Population, 7,400 (1975). Tetri-Tskaro has a cannery; there is also a cheese-making industry in the city.
