PRISM score

Pediatric Risk of Mortality score. A prognostic scoring system derived from 14 physiologic variables assessed during the first 24 hours in a paediatric ITU/ICU; it is derived from the physiology stability index (PSI), which assesses 34 physiological variables, assigning each a score of 1 to 5 based on the severity of derangement on admission to the ITU/ICU.
