Village Hall
Village HallA small meeting between the middle management of a company and representatives of upper management. A village hall is designed to invite discussion and debate of the topic at hand, though this is sometimes viewed cynically, as if upper management really intends to control the meeting regardless of other people's thoughts. The term derives its name from the fact that it is a miniature version of a town hall meeting. |
