Question

Country: United States of America
State: South CarolinaHad rear brakes fixed by a franchise with new parts(2rotors4 pads) & a certified caliper. Franchise charged me labor $95. I was given back the car with my info center still saying to STOP& brake fault. I brought it back & the guy told me I needed to go somewhere to have a sensor reset."It'll be fine just come back and we'll bleed the brakes some more\\". I was on my way home & my sensor kept going off & I tried to stop & wasn't able to properly, without losing control easily. The next day proceeded to go back to the shop & a deer came out in front of me & when I tried to stop the pedal had no pressure and I lost control & went into the ditch. I have back injuries with great pain which I am told is not long term but the doctors are still testing

Answer

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
