Vishnevets

an urban-type settlement in Zbarazh Raion, Ternopol’ Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, on the Goryn’ River (of the Dnieper basin), 16 km from the Karnachevka railroad station. Population, 4,600 (1968). The settlement has a vegetable- and potato-drying plant, a creamery, and a haberdashery factory; a cheese dairy was under construction in 1971.
