vdiff

/vee'dif/ Visual diff. The operation of finding differencesbetween two files by eyeball search. The term "opticaldiff" has also been reported, and is sometimes morespecifically used for the act of superimposing two nearlyidentical printouts on one another and holding them up to alight to spot differences. Though this method is poor fordetecting omissions in the "rear" file, it can also be usedwith printouts of graphics, a claim few if any diff programscan make. See diff.
