Location:East of Ocala, 1 mile south of SR 40 on SR 35.
Facilities:59 full-facility campsites, youth group camping area (primitive), 10luxury cabins, biking and hiking trails, equine trails, interpretiveexhibits, picnic area with pavilions, playground, restrooms, showers.
Activities:Camping, canoeing/kayaking, off-road biking, hiking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing.
Special Features:The park includes 14 distinct natural communities, dozens of springs,and miles of trails. It also houses an 1800s Florida Cracker replicapioneer village with a house, school, church, and other homesteadstructures, as well as the Silver River Museum and Environmental Center.
