Sinnemahoning State Park
Location:8 miles north on PA 872 from its junction with PA 120 in Sinnemahoning, in the north central portion of the state.
Facilities:35 class A campsites (some with electricity), modern cabin, showers, flush toilets, picnic areas, picnic pavilions, hiking trails (5 miles), snowmobile trailhead and trails (5 miles), boat launch, boat mooring, amphitheater, scenic vistas, playground.
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors only), fishing, swimming, hiking, hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling, nature programs.
Special Features:Situated in the midst of the Elk State Forest, the park offers an abundance of wildlife and includes feeding grounds of the American bald eagle.
