First weekend in JuneStorytellers have come from all over the world to regale audiences at the Yukon International Storytelling Festival in Whitehorse, Yukon, though a great many come from the polar regions. Located north of the Arctic Circle, the Yukon Territory in northwestern Canada has hosted the festival since 1988. Storytellers and other entertainers perform in three tents over the three-day event.
