释义 | Blakey, G. RobertBlakey, G. Robert(1936– ) lawyer, professor; born in Burlington, N.C. Longtime law professor at Notre Dame (1964–74, 1980), he was chief counsel to the Select House Committee on Assassinations (1977–79). As a member of various commissions charged with reforming federal and state laws, he was the primary architect of wiretap provisions in the Crime Control Act of 1968 and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) provision of the Crime Control Act of 1970. |
