Special Features:Established by Governor Ruth Ann Minner in 2004, Parkrepresents a partnership between the Delaware Dept of State, theDelaware Dept of Natural Resources & Environmental Control, andthe Delaware Economic Development Office. The state's first "parkwithout boundaries" links historical and cultural sites within thecapital city of Dover. Included among the sites are Legislative Hall,the Delaware Public Archives, State House Museum, Museum Square, BiggsMuseum of American Art, Woodburn/Hall House (governor's residence), andthe Delaware State Visitor Center.
