Box Size Box SizeIn point & figure charts, the amount of change in price needed to move the chart. Point & figure charts do not account for time and are a series of X and O columns, each representing a price. Thus, the box size may be thought of as the amount of price movement needed to create a new X or O column on the chart. There is no rule governing how large or small the box size needs to be; this is left up to the individual analyst. See also: Reversal amount. |
