Fedorovka

an urban-type settlement in Cheliabinsk Oblast, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Sovietskii raion soviet of the city of Cheliabinsk. Fedorovka has a railroad station (Shershni) on the Cheliabinsk-Zlatoust line, 12 km south of Cheliabinsk. It also has plants for the production of reinforced-concrete railroad ties and road metal and two plants for the production of asphalt cement.

A landing on the left bank of the Volga, Fedorovka has a plant for the production of bitumen and asphalt and a shop for the production of metal structures, which is part of the Tol’iatti Steel Structures Plant.

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Fedorovka Raion, Kustanai Oblast, Kazakh SSR. Fedorovka has a railroad station (Dzharkul’) on the Troitsk-Kustanai line, 85 km northwest of Kustanai. It also has a butter factory, a grain elevator, and a garment factory.

a river in Kirov Oblast, RSFSR; a right tributary of the Kobra, of the Viatka River basin. The Fedorovka measures 139 km in length and drains an area of 2,310 sq km. It rises in the Northern Urals and is fed primarily by snow. High water lasts from April to June. The mean flow rate 45 km from the mouth is 8 cu m per sec. The river freezes over in October or November, and the ice breaks up in April. The Fedorovka is used for floating timber.
