Dupuytren fracture

Fracture of the fibula occurring near the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. Although the exact definition is unclear, this fracture is often accompanied by concurrent rupture of the distal tibiofibular ligaments, medial deltoid ligament, and dislocation of the talus.
