Certification of a Breed

the confirmation of a breed by the collegium of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture. Certification of a breed is the evaluation of a group of animals presented for approval as a breed and is carried out by a commission of experts assigned by order of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture. Based on the materials of the work of the commission, the collegium makes a decision and issues an order about the confirmation of the breed.
