Contract-Bonus System

 

a wage system by which the worker receives payment for quantity of goods produced plus bonuses for certain qualitative or quantitative indexes. This system is employed in all branches of the national economy to encourage the fulfillment and overfulfillment of production plans, raise labor productivity and product quality, conserve raw materials, energy, operating supplies, and other valuable materials and accessory resources, and reduce the amount of raw materials lost during processing.
