Activities:Hiking, self-guided tours, group tours (2 weeks advance reservation required).
Special Features:Site of a major 17th-century Seneca town and palisaded granary and theonly New York state historic site dedicated to interpreting NativeAmerican life. Interpretive signs mark trails where visitors can learnabout Iroquois customs and beliefs, about the significance of plantlife to the Seneca, and about Fort Hill (the granary) and historicevents that occurred there. A replica of a traditional Seneca longhouseis open to the public.
