Gostomel

an urban-type settlement in Kiev-Sviatosha Raion, Kiev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated on the Irpen’ River (tributary of the Dnieper), 6 km from the Bucha railroad station on the Kiev-Korosten’ line. Gostomel’ has a glass factory and a starch plant.
