suprachoroid, n. and a. Ophthalm.|s(j)uːprəˈkɔərɔɪd| Also -chorioid, and in L. form -chor(i)oidea. [ad. mod.L: see supra- 1 b and choroid a. (n.).] A. n. A layer of loose cellular tissue lying between the choroid and the sclera. B. adj. Epithet of this layer.
