Tashi Lama|ˈtæʃɪ ˈlɑːmə| Also 8–9 Teshoo Lama, Teshu Lama; 9 Tishu Lama, etc. [f. Tashi Lhunpo, the name of the monastery ruled by the Tashi Lama, + lama1.] A title of the Panchen Lama (see panchen).
