Kekchi, n. and a.|ˈkɛktʃɪ| Also Quecchi, Quekchi. A. n. Name of an ancient people belonging to the Maya Empire, the modern descendants of whom now live in Guatemala. Also, a member of this people (ancient or modern); their language. B. adj. Of or pertaining to the Kekchi or their language.
