liposuction, n. Surg.|ˈlɪpəʊˌsʌkʃən, ˈlaɪpo-| [f. lipo- + suction n.] A technique of cosmetic surgery in which particles of excess fat are loosened and then removed by being sucked through an incision using a vacuum pump.
